We don't just teach people music, we develop people to use their gifts with purpose.
There is no shortage of passion for worship. But too many never have someone intentionally develop what’s inside of them.
They learn the songs, but not always the instrument. They have the voice, but haven’t learned how to strengthen it. They have the passion to worship, but haven’t been shown how to lead people there. And without intentional investment, incredible potential can remain just that... potential.
We believe it can be different.
Imagine a generation of musicians who are confident in their craft and grounded in their character. Vocalists who know their voice. Musicians who can listen, create, collaborate, and lead. Worshipers who pursue excellence without ever losing their love for the presence of God.
That generation won’t happen by accident. Someone has to invest in them.
That’s why Reach Music School exists.
Based in Des Moines, Iowa, we’re investing in the next generation of musicians and worshipers—equipping people to grow in their craft, strengthen the local church, and use their gifts wherever God leads them.
SPIRIT-EMPOWERD
We develop musicians to depend on the Holy Spirit and use their gifts to honor God.
CREATIVITY
We help students discover their unique sound and develop the confidence to express it with excellence.
Community
We grow better together, building meaningful relationships where every student is known, encouraged, and supported.
MULTIPLICATION
We equip students to use their gifts, serve others, and one day invest what they’ve learned into someone else.
